Eyes On Israel Conference
Leptondale Bible Church is presenting a conference covering past and present issues surround the country of Israel. Guest speakers from Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial and the Palestinian Media Watch. Dinner provided, and the drama “Time with Corrie ten Boom” will be presented afterwards.

Handbell Choir Concert
Hudson River bells will perform a benefit concert to help the Philmont Reformed Church after a devastating fire in January. A free will offering will be taken to help rebuild their church building.
Pretty Fire
“Pretty Fire” is an entertaining and captivating one-woman show written by Charlayne Woodard. In five vignettes, she traces her life from premature birth to 11 years old. With lyrical, lifting words, Woodard weaves stories of two young sisters in Albany, NY; of Ku Klux Klan riders burning a cross (the “pretty fire” of the title) in the hilltop town of Rosignol Hill, Georgia; and of three generations of family love, struggle and triumph. The stage is filled with the authentic, mesmerizing experience of contemporary African-American life. Recommended for 16 years and older.
Ulster Chamber Music Series
The Ulster Chamber Music Series will open its 45th season with the acclaimed Ariel String Quartet. The program includes works of Haydn, Britten and Beethoven.
A free reception to meet the artists will follow the program.
