Freedom Fest '13' is a weekend honoring our nation's fallen and fighting heroes, her God and America's founding principles.
FRIDAY (Flag Day): parade to honor our veterans, SATURDAY (2nd Amendment Day): Revolutionary and WWII reenactments, national music acts, patriotic speeches, exhibition hall, silent auction, car show, kid's area, fireworks and more! SUNDAY (God Our Father's Day): Day of Fellowship and Worship, sunrise service, singing, church picnic

The Coalition on Elder Abuse in Dutchess County invites you to World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. This Year's event "Take a Stand Against Elder Abuse in the Year of Elder Abuse Prevention". The Hudson Valley Region American Cancer Society is hosting its 32nd Annual American Cancer Society Michael B. Finnegan golf classic at the Wiltwyck Golf Club in Kingston, NY.
Registration begins at 10:30 am, land the tournament will begin at noon. Lnch will be from 11 am- 2pm, cocktail hour will be at 6 pm, and dinner will be at 7:15 pm.
The tournament is limited to 120 golfers so register as early as possible.
Drowning Prevention Seminars are open to lifeguards and to members of the general public interested in drowning prevention, particularly if they swim at a facility that is not required to have a lifeguard. These seminars include an informative video on drowning victim recognition as well as a discussion of lifeguard duties and responsibilities as they relate to Dutchess County Department of Health regulations.
