Freedom Fest '13' is a weekend honoring our nation's fallen and fighting heroes, her God and America's founding principles.
FRIDAY (Flag Day): parade to honor our veterans, SATURDAY (2nd Amendment Day): Revolutionary and WWII reenactments, national music acts, patriotic speeches, exhibition hall, silent auction, car show, kid's area, fireworks and more! SUNDAY (God Our Father's Day): Day of Fellowship and Worship, sunrise service, singing, church picnic

Over 75% of Child Restraints are not installed properly, are yours? Information will also be available on the Nursery School and Vacation Bible School programs.
Join the Kinderhook Library for BIG Truck Day 2013 at the Stuyvesant Town Hall. It will be an afternoon of fun, food, crafts, books, a bouncie house, and of course– BIG trucks. Come see, hear, climb and sit in a variety of Heavy Haulers from the Hudson Valley. Blackwood and Brouwer Booksellers will be on hand with a selection of truck-centered children's books. Stop by the library table to sign up for a library card or the Summer Reading program. Finish the afternoon by stopping by the Truck Stop Cafe for lunch hot off the grill! Every third Saturday, The Beth-El Church of God in Christ hosts a senior social. This month features a free light lunch, activities, and a guest speaker.
St. Paul's Church in Kinderhook celebrates it's 58th annual Strawberry festival!!!! On Saturday, June 15th from 1 pm until 6 pm, all are invited to the capital regions longest running Strawberry Festival. There will be games for the kids, raffle, BBQ dinners and of course, THE BEST STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE IN THE NORTHEAST!!! BBQ chicken dinners with all the fixins (including desert) cost only $15 and all the profits from the festival with go to support our neighbors at the Valatie Food Pantry.
