As the cold weather is upon us, Faithindeed Ministry for the Homeless is collecting warm winter clothing, as well as toiletries to replenish our Blessings Bags.

Natural Solutions to Allergy Problems

: The Foundation for Wellness Professionals(FWP), a national non-profit 501C-3 organization of volunteer healthcare professionals providing disease prevention workshops and seminars, is pleased to announce that they will be presenting a lecture on “Natural Solutions to Allergy Problems” at Adams Fairacre Farms, 160 Old Post Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 1:00 pm Attendees will learn about what causes allergic reactions, the symptoms that indicate an allergy problem, and how conditions like depression, fatigue, migraines, arthritis, diabetes and ADHD can be related to allergy problems. Information will be presented on the dangerous side effects of over-the-counter and prescription allergy medications. Participants will learn about simple tests they can do at home to identify substances they are allergic to and how natural healthcare can help by addressing the nervous system and its relationship to total body wellness.
The Foundation has presented many lectures and health screenings throughout the local area on a variety of topics dealing with natural solutions to health problems.
