His Work International, Inc. (HWI), a Non-Profit Organization and a ministry of Bethel Full Gospel Church in Rotterdam, NY, is having a huge fundraising rummage sale event on Saturday,June 21 @ Alternative Storage. Lots of great items as well as food: Italian Chicken Dinners, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Curly Fries, Music, Bake Sale, Bouncy House, Raffles & more.
All Proceeds will benefit His Work International Orphanage Project in Haiti.
Restoration Church is a new church planting starting in Monticello, NY this fall. We will be having an Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser to help raise funds and support for Restoration Church. 20% of all proceeds will also be donated to Habitat for Humanity of Sullivan County.

Drowning Prevention Seminars are open to lifeguards and to members of the general public interested in drowning prevention, particularly if they swim at a facility that is not required to have a lifeguard. These seminars include an informative video on drowning victim recognition as well as a discussion of lifeguard duties and responsibilities as they relate to Dutchess County Department of Health (DCDOH) regulations.

For the Children: A Concert of Hope – Connecticut Choral Society Concert to Benefit Family & Children’s Aid
An evening of beautiful and inspiring works performed by the Connecticut Choral Society to benefit Family and Children’s Aid. Crafted around the theme of hope and the life of Nelson Mandela, over 200 members of the Connecticut and New Jersey Choral Societies, along with a 50 person children’s chorus and a special appearance by a conga drum line will carry you on a musical journey ending in hopeful resolution.
The Connecticut Choral Society, Inc. (CCS) has appeared with the New York Pops Orchestra at Carnegie Hall, toured England, Canada, and Eastern Europe, but you can see them in Danbury, on Saturday, June 21 at 7PM at The First Congregational Church (164 Deer Hill Road.)
Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance at www.ctchoralsociety.org for $20 each (children 12 and under are free.)
