The Foundation for Wellness Professionals(FWP), a national non-profit 501C-3 organization of volunteer healthcare professionals providing disease prevention workshops and seminars, is pleased to announce that they will be presenting a lecture on “ How to Improve Athletic Performance & Repair Injuries” at 1:00 pm at The Vitamin Shoppe, 1936 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 on Saturday, September 20, 2014. The presentation will educate the audience on the many preventable injuries common to athletes, amateur sports enthusiasts, or people who live an active lifestyle. Solutions will also be presented to improve a person’s physical condition through stress relief, trigger point therapy, stretching, nutrition, and total body cleansing to get them back in the game naturally with solutions that are drug-free and effective.
