Blood Drive sponsored by the Sound of Life at Mac Fitness in Kingston

Support for those undergoing a separation or divorce from a marriage. Group meets every other Wednesday @ Sacred Heart Church, Activity Center, Newburgh, NY.

Whether you’re an experienced spinner or a beginner looking for some hints and tips, bring your wheel every 3rd Wednesday from March through October and be prepared to enjoy an evening of open spinning with other fiber enthusiasts. If you do not have your own wheel, call the school ahead of time to check on wheel availability.

Admission is free, but donations are welcome.

Drowning Prevention Seminars are open to lifeguards and to members of the general public interested in drowning prevention, particularly if they swim at a facility that is not required to have a lifeguard. These seminars include an informative video on drowning video recognition as well as a discussion of lifeguard duties and responsibilities as they relate to Dutchess County Department of Health regulations.

Event is a fundraiser for Project Self Sufficiency in Newton. Hosted by Sparta Evangelical Free Church. For kids K-6th grade. Obstacle course about 1/2 mile long with some of it in the mud!  Free t-shirt, food, music, games and more included in registration fee. $15 if registered by June 3rd; $25 after June 3rd and day of the race.
