On Wednesday, December 2nd Brookmeade will present the first demonstration in their ongoing series “The International Culinary Hour with Chef Eric Stritt”. On the 1st Wednesday of every month, Chef Stritt, 1994 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, will provide instruction in the preparation of dishes from around the world.
The public is welcome to attend the demonstrations, which will be offered at 11:30am in the Activities Room of The Terraces at Brookmeade. The next demonstration in the series will be held on Wednesday, January 6th, 2016. Reservations are required, as seating is limited. Call Nikole at 845-876-3344.
