An evening of beautiful and inspiring works performed by the Connecticut Choral Society to benefit Family and Children’s Aid. Crafted around the theme of hope and the life of Nelson Mandela, over 200 members of the Connecticut and New Jersey Choral Societies, along with a 50 person children’s chorus and a special appearance by a conga drum line will carry you on a musical journey ending in hopeful resolution.

The Connecticut Choral Society, Inc. (CCS) has appeared with the New York Pops Orchestra at Carnegie Hall, toured England, Canada, and Eastern Europe, but you can see them in Danbury, on Saturday, June 21 at 7PM at The First Congregational Church (164 Deer Hill Road.)

Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance at www.ctchoralsociety.org for $20 each (children 12 and under are free.)

Family & Children’s Aid (FCA) provides high quality, innovative and responsive programs focused on emotional and behavioral well being that helps children exposed to trauma heal.
