The American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the Association of Women at Dutchess Community College (AWDCC) are pleased to announce that the
monthly meeting of their Personal and Professional Development Group will feature a lecture on Natural Health and Wellness. Presented by the Foundation for Wellness Professionals, (a national non-profit 501C-3 organization of local volunteer healthcare professionals providing disease prevention workshops and seminars ) the lecture, “Weight Loss, Toxins and Cleansing” will teach attendees about the sources of toxins in our environment and how they accumulate in the body to affect their health, weight, and vitality. The lecture will show how cleansing programs can remove these toxins from the body, assist in weight loss programs and increase overall health and vitality.
The Foundation has presented many lectures and health screenings throughout the local area on a variety of topics dealing with natural solutions to health problems. Their lectures and screenings are available at no charge to any organization or group in Dutchess County and can be scheduled by calling Donna at the Foundation for Wellness Professionals, at 845-447-1171.
