Prayer Bites – Kimberlie Dykeman host

Who is Kimberlie Dykeman?

Kimberlie is a native of the Hudson Valley, a graduate of Binghamton University, and a Christian woman who came to Christ in November 2001. She is a woman on a mission to educate, motivate and activate people to work smarter, connect deeper, feel healthier, live happier and leave a greater legacy. Over a 25-year unconventional career path, she has evolved as a Fitness Specialist, Executive Coach, Speaker, Author, TV Host, Communications Strategist, Artist, Celebrity Assistant and Estate Manager.

Her unwavering faith is the one thread that runs through all her endeavors and pushes her to try just about anything! And in just the manner she faces life, she strives to always be open, courageous, and, above all, human. In a word, Kimberlie is a disciple just following the Lord’s breadcrumbs!

How Prayer Bites came about…

For over twenty years, Kimberlie has used her gift with words to touch people’s lives, wrapping her colorful commentary around profound quotes and calling them SOAPBOX® mini-motivations. Since moving back to her hometown in the Hudson Valley, Kimberlie felt the Lord calling her to do something special with her writing to help her community.  On January 31st, 2020, Kimberlie decided to drive to the Sound of Life station with a scribbled proposal about using these bite-sized vignettes to breathe life into people’s prayer requests… and sharing them with a whole listening audience.

Well, a year later Prayer Bites with Kimberlie was born, in God’s timing, to ignite hope, bloom encouragement, and instigate love as our global society works to heal and find strength to thrive in His grace again.

The goal of the Prayer Bites.

• To grow our understanding of each other’s needs, worries, joys, and wishes, by inviting listeners to share what is on their hearts and in need of His grace.

• To ignite the power of prayer with our brothers and sisters for loved ones, neighbors, and strangers alike.

• To leverage the power of prayer to bring hope, encouragement, and love to folks needing it, right here, and right now.

• To transform listeners into ambassadors and active citizens with Jesus in their hearts, on their tongues, and in their every day actions.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”  Joshua 1:9
